Interview
The phone interview was scheduled with previous few emails between Cisco Meraki and myself.
After five minute of scheduled time, I got a call and it started with few questions.
Firstly, I was asked why I applied for the job, what I know about the role and few technical questions
The interview process involves resume screening, initial HR call, technical assessments or tests, one or more interviews with team members or managers, and a final decision followed by an offer or rejection.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meraki (London, England) in May 2025
Interview
So far, I've had two interviews with Meraki. The first one was more of an introduction and included some basic questions on topics like ARP, VLANs, STP, and DHCP. The second interview focused more deeply on DHCP, host-to-host communication, and a router-on-a-stick scenario. I passed both interviews, and next week I have the third one, which will be a troubleshooting interview.
Can anyone share what kind of questions I might expect and what the troubleshooting scenario or network topology was like during your troubleshooting interview?
