I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Meraki in Jun 2017
Interview
Contacted via a Linkedin. Starts with a brief telephone interview with some background and technical questions (40 mins approx.) before progressing on to interviews with existing engineers which are mainly technical and involve some scenarios they ask you to troubleshoot.
The scenarios are relatively easy if you have an existing background in Networks, as you'll have a good idea of what questions to ask in order to narrow down the problem.
Technical questions mostly involve describing network protocols, how they work, and other fundamental concepts. There's little room for error, you'll be expected to more-or-less parrot an exact detailed dictionary definition for each.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meraki (Ciudad de Mexico) in May 2025
Interview
Entrevista cordial y profesional. Preguntas claras sobre experiencia, habilidades técnicas y trabajo en equipo. Buen ambiente, entrevistador atento. Dejaron espacio para dudas. Me sentí cómodo y valorado como candidato. Todo muy bien

Interview
3-4 sessions with different tech support staff and managers over a period of 4 weeks. Overall a very kind behaviour towards the candidate, more like a friendly discussion. They almost instantly informed you for every stage's results and comments of the interviwer(s).
started with an online written interview for the first step pretty simple and straight forward not too hard. I have not got to the next steps yet still awaiting further contact
