It was pretty straightforward. There's not much you need to be stressed about as they clearly need therapists, and cannot retain many of their therapists due to low pay and unfair work expectations?

Describe a time when you had difficulty working with a client?
They took anyone..desperate..low paying...she was more interested in knowing when I could start...they are low balling people to take jobs...everyone is desperate for employment and they know it. The interview was very easy and fast...hired within 10-20 mins...given paperwork and told to bring it back within a few days.

Interview
It was a relatively quick interview with the department director. We reviewed my resume, they asked a few questions about work experience but the majority of the time was spent on explaining the position. Was offered the job on the spot pending obtaining appropriate clearances. It was a friendly, low key interview, partially due to the fee for service nature of the position.
