Applied online, got an interview in the school. The director looked like a barbie and was totally positive and sweet, told me the job was really great and that I would be trained and not in danger ever..... but then there was screaming and yelling from the main area and she had to run out to save her people from an aggressive kid...Yikes.

Interview was simple, it was with the program director and included general questions mixed with scenario based questions. They seem eager to hire and did not make the interview difficult at all.
