Asked meaningful questions and seemed interested to get to know me as a person. I wouldn't describe the interview as laid back but there was not a lot of pressure and I did not feel intimidated
I interviewed during COVID so I’m sure the process is smoother now. It was easy and only took about an hour total. That included going for a drug test right after.
