I applied online, and got asked to come in. When you walk in, they ask you to fill out a questionnaire (basically asking you whether or not you steal or smoke weed or drink for instance) to ensure that you will not steal, or show up intoxicated or start fight with people. The GM on duty then walked with me and asked me usual interview questions (What do you eventually want to get out of this company, etc). It took a couple months, but I finally got in.

Very casual and easy interview process. There was a survey to fill out that was focused on theft, drugs, alcohol, violence and fighting. The survey had some very shocking questions. But the manager said they don't necessarily have issues, it was just an old survey the owner created.
