The interview was straight forward; no trick or cliche questions. They wanted to make sure I could handle the job at hand and/or be trained to do so. Two managers interviewed me and it was a very quick process. It only took about ten minutes. I was told I'd be given a call in a week and they got back to me in three days.

Series of interviews starting with the one manager talking about your relevant experience in customer service/sales and an idea of daily tasks that you will preform. Could talk about availability and amount of hours to work. High school students are considered for approved part time work. Be ready to show up dressed in the appropriate business wear and in a positive can do attitude. Generally followed up with another interview with other manager members of the team and a request to do a product presentation on the spot, showcasing your communication and ability to describe and sell a suit with accessories. Just be yourself and do your best to sell the items on the table. You should be equipped with the customer profile and occasion of the outfit, if not, be sure to ask. This is usually followed up with a decision to employ you and offer for your wages.
