Interviewed with two people. Interview ran about one to one and one half hours. Pretty basic interview. Questions about qualifications and job history. I had a second interview about three weeks after the first. A job offer was made during the second interview. They were deceptive about the culture at the Memphis Jewish Home. The culture is one of anger, blame and fear.
