I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at MemoryBlue (Arlington, VA) in May 2023
Interview
Straightforward, three step process starting with phone screen/interview, followed by short920 minutes) Sales Skills assessment to gauge the quality of candidate. Lastly formal interview scheduled after completion of assessment. I was wary of the assessment at first but it really was not that bad and was fairly simple and straightforward.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Summarize your previous experience as stated on resume.
The entire process was well organized, many steps but seemed reasonable. Second phase was with 2 hiring managers who asked basically the same questions. Most questions were behavioral. Questions were not too complicated.
I applied online. I interviewed at MemoryBlue (London, England) in May 2025
Interview
MemoryBlue put me through multiple rounds of interviews, gave me a verbal offer, then confirmed it — only to pull the offer out of nowhere while I was on my honeymoon. No apology, no explanation, just a cold, careless email saying the job was no longer mine.
I turned down other great opportunities because I trusted them. That was a huge mistake. Their process is completely disorganized, and they clearly have no respect for people’s time, careers, or lives.
This company plays with people’s futures. If you’re considering working here — don’t. If this is how they treat new hires before day one, imagine what it’s like on the inside.
Avoid at all costs.

Question 1
Congratulations you got the job offer, will you accept it?
I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at MemoryBlue (Boston, MA) in Dec 2024
Interview
Many back and forth callas and zooms, pretty unorganized process but very informative. Took over two and a half months to complete full interview cycle. Would like to see a better pay rate but its entry level.
