I applied online. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center
Interview
Overall, the interview went how expected. Interview didn’t go well, received my rejection email on December 24th, Christmas Eve. It would have been nice if they waited until at least the 26th to send it. But it’s fine.

Interview
Four stages: phone screen- recruiter- skills test- hiring managers in a panel. The whole thing is very structured and all parties are experienced interviewers who are working from a standard set of questions. It’s one of the better interview processes out there.

1 interview where they asked technical and behavioral questions. Most of the questions were pretty standard although some were a little more challenging. Interviewers took notes as you answered the questions.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (Commack, NY) in Nov 2021
Interview
Long interview process - first spoke to recruiter on the phone and answered basic questions. Moved on to the next round, which was a Zoom interview with the two assistant managers at the office I was applying for. Had a long in-depth conversation of about 10-12 behavioral questions that required answers with examples of past situations. The interview was difficult but I was well prepared.
I felt that I really connected with the interviewers and had a pleasant experience. At the end I asked them if they had any hesitations about my qualifications and they told me "no we think you're a great fit for the position with your extensive patient-care experience and your personality, and you should expect to hear back in two weeks."
Two weeks came and passed, so I contacted the initial recruiter and he told me no decision had been made yet and that he would be in touch within two weeks. He wasn't, so I contacted him again and he said they had selected someone else for the position. To be honest, I thought it had gone really well and the interviewers gave me really positive feedback at the end of the interview, but ultimately they picked someone else.
