I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center
Interview
Absolutely horrible. The talent acquisition recruiter reached out to me for a phone screen and to discuss my background for the open role I applied to in addition to upcoming roles; stated the conversation was great and there would be a definite follow up the hiring manager for an interview/next steps, never happened, months later, silence. Very unprofessional. I’m glad I saw this before going any further.. No need to work there with that nonsense.

What are you looking for in your next role?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York, NY)
Interview
I submitted an application through MSK's online HR portal and received a request for a phone screen about 2-3 weeks later. I had a 30-minute conversation with an HR associate who provided an overview of the organization and culture. The phone screen consisted of standard questions ("Walk me through your resume," "Why are you interested in MSK").
I was then scheduled for a second round phone screen with a member of the team. The second interview was much more candid and we spoke frankly about the structure of the team, challenges of the role, etc. I was asked some questions to gauge my technical knowledge of data analysis and querying.
I had to withdraw my application due to receiving a job offer from another organization, but I found the interview process with MSK to be very open and professional. I felt there was a strong effort by both interviewers to make me feel comfortable while chatting about the position.

Question 1
Why do you want to work at Memorial Sloan Kettering?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center
Interview
Only did the first interview, but was a pretty negative experience. The hiring manager had zero interest in the conversation and his lack of enthusiasm killed my interest in working for MSK.
He also clearly struggled to understand his own interview questions to which I asked for clarification. But overall, the conversation felt incredibly monotonous and robotic.
