I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York, NY) in Aug 2017
Interview
About two weeks ago I applied through MSKCC job portal and got a call the following day saying they wish to have an in-person interview with me. Then the next following day I went to their HR office and had the interview with their HR department at Midtown 3rd Ave.
The interviewer was quite friendly and asked me several questions (which all are irrelevant to jobs but rather focus on personality) and introduced me about the what is the task function, where is the primary location for the position, as well as the pros and cons of the job. Quite useful!
By the way, the Salary for this position is $21/hour, approximately 42k/year.

I applied online. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Jun 2020
Interview
Call from HR department who matched me with a team a few months later, had an in person interview with the team. They were all really nice. Was then followed up and was placed on an alternative team which had a completely different dynamic and culture than my interview.

Behavioral, but basic because this is typically a first job out of college.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York, NY) in Aug 2018
Interview
I was called about 2 weeks after applying online, and scheduled a phone screen interview. The phone screen took about 10 minutes and I was asked pretty generic questions about my research experience and clinical experience. They then said I would need to come in for 2 more interviews over the next month, which seemed a little excessive.
