Presentation and meeting with lab. Met with entire lab and answered their questions. Interview was a basic one with meeting with boss, head scientists, lab members and graduate students. Good experience. Overall experience was good. I am not sure what else to say about the process.

Interview with the PI, lunch with lab members, then dinner with PI and a couple other lab members. Tour around the facility as well and spoke as a group or 1:1 setting.

Was invited to spend the day with my prospective supervisor and colleagues. Gave a Talk about my previous research project, and got the opportunity to learn about the ongoing projects in the lab through individual interviews with all team members. I was even invited to attend a presentation from an invited speaker at the institution.

Direct meeting with PI. They ask mostly about your experience and what you want to do. He asked me to present over Skype. The interview was for around 45 minutes. It was one to one Skype. No HR interview round.
