Phone interview to start, with the position supervisor. Invited to an in-person interview with the supervisor. Then a final interview with Progam VP. The whole process took three to four weeks.

Interview
Due to the position being Volunteer, the interview process was pretty easy. However, a friend of mine went on to apply for volunteering and she did not get hired. I was just interviewed by a recruiter.
