Interview
I faxed my application along with all the other students of the tourism program we had just completed. I received a phone call the very next day, and was asked to come in for a physical interview. I had two interviews, back to back. The first one was with the acting Human Resources Coordinator. One we had gone through the basic questions, I had a second interview with my direct manager. It was just a formality at that point, probably to see if my personality would mesh with the company culture.
