I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Meltwater (Miami, FL) in Apr 2015
Interview
They have a mixer first, to evaluate people's personalities. If they like you (or remember you), they offer you a callback interview. The callback is a group interview where they put you in group scenarios, make you do public speeches, etc. It is kinda fun. Within hours they call back final candidates and offer them another interview. The last interview is basically a stress test, and they make you take positions on the other candidates you saw at the group interview.
made it past the screening, learned from hiring manager they expect 150 dials per day, which is insane. you are a full cycle rep, how are you supposed to run any demos and close any deals if you are dialling 150 times per day. Not to mention the base pay is trash. what a joke.

Interview
Very kind and supportive team! However, I felt that the interviewer was not quite engaged from the beginning. Overall, great experience and enjoyed the process. The interview left me feeling excited about the opportunity and what it would be like to work at the company!

Interview
HR Screen: 30 minutes
Panel Interview: 60 minutes
Friendly team. Mock sales interview for the panel. Clear about expectations (need to hustle in this role, not a chill 9-5). Asked a mix of behavioural questions and motivation questions.
