I'm unsure they were even read, but they took several hours to fill out. Do not apply unless you very much want to work here, because it is a huge upfront ask of time and energy. Furthermore, the team will only briefly review these, and cannot give those who were not accepted a single reason why. I also had the experience that my interviewer irresponsibly missed my initial screening due to their lack of organization and had to reschedule. The group interview zoom call also began several minutes late. Finally, the company boasted of doing the PR for mega-church that was holding Trump rallies and illegally breaking covid protocol, resulting in several deaths this year. I was surprised by the lack of professionalism from this team during their interview process.
