Interview
Applied online, phone interview, email correspondence, questionnaire to fill out before the interview. Group interview with 12 other candidates, they explained the role and company culture and asked only 3 questions:
1. Describe yourself in a minute
2. Pick a company and sell our product to them.
3. Sell us your passion in 1 minute.
It was pretty long and had to do mock cold call scenarios for 2 different situations. I think around 4 rounds as well. Other than that the people were easy to talk to
Process was quick but has many rounds to it. HR, hiring manager, apac interviews together with cold call interview, case study interview. Generally a good experience amidst it being tough.
It was a good interview process. Things moved very quickly and only had a screening call, group interview, and private interview. After that it was within the same few days that I was told I got the job and received the offer.
