Interview
3 steps:
1. Phone interview: the HR was very nice. Questions were basic behavioural questions such as background, experience and why this position.
2. Mingle Session: Candidates gathered together in the company's office. HR and Managers introduced the company and career path to Candidates. Then 3-4 candidates were assigned into a small group to do a rotated question session (5 mins each). In each session, the candidates can ask some questions to the manager.
3. Final interview. Three sections: self-introduction, a mini case study, and then they asked you to introduce a hobby....

Na een 1-op-1 gesprek volgde een soort introdag waarin iets van 40 mensen deelnamen. In mijn ogen geen eerlijke kans, gezien niet iedereen evenveel tijd krijgt met werknemer van bedrijf.

Intensive and fruitful, learnt a lot from it. They will try to teach you their pitching skills which is applicable to many industries and very useful for future careers. Interviewers and HR are nice.

Leuk gesprek en presentatie van het bedrijf. Dit was nog de eerste ronde waarbij ze verschillende aspecten van hun bedrijf uitleggen, maar ook de tijd nemen om jou te leren kennen.
