Interview
Simple 30 minute interview with engineer and associate director.
Just discussed previous internship experiences.
Asked me to draw a simple moment diagram.
Very casual setting/ vibe.
Very satisfactory efficiency of management, scheduled interview within one week of application.
1hr written test, with asking some structural questions, like formula of deflection of cantilever and simply supported beam.
Also, stimulate the scenario of different situations and ask u to choose what type of beam , like in situ or pre stressed concrete

Interview
It was a one on one interview and the interviewer was nice. The interviewer asked me to do a written test first, some technical questions like bending moment diagrams and something about geo were asked. Afterwards, the interviewer asked some questions about previous working experience and something about the job.
