I go an email about phone interview. After the interview, I waited for few days for the team leader to reply. She replied with few available dates for me to choose. Then the interview was in the store with the manager in charge and the pharmacy team leader.

Describe yourself, describe a situation where you had a conflict with a customer.
Pretty straightforward - screening call, in-person one-on-one w/ tour. Basically hired on the spot. No curveball questions, very friendly/easygoing staff. Just do what your supposed to to be prepared for an interview and you should be find. If you have your certification and all that already lined up, I suspect that'll give you a leg up on the competition.
It was an in person interview. Initially I was very nervous, but eventually the interviewer made it comfortable for me. That's why i enjoyed the interview. It was my 1st ever interview for a job. And I ended up getting an offer from there. I am so happy.

what is you believe is your strength to become a pharmacy technician?
Fast interview, however, I had mine when the store was being renovated so time was limited due to lack of private area. Did a drug test straight after the interview.
