completely behavioral, basic walk through resume. They did only ask a few situational interview questions, however, nothing to be worried about in answering. Wanted to know why Meijer and a little bit more about if you researched the company at all and learned about the different opportunities as well as history there.

Straight forward and easy to understand. They answer any questions you may have. Only went through two rounds of interviews before receiving offer. Great program for any beginners. As long as you know what you want you’ll be okay.
