Interview
One step interview and was offered the position. I believe they also performed a personality test. Only interviewed with one manager. It was overall an easy interview process.
Got a phone calling asking if you would like to work. Basic eligibility questions and asked if I shopped there before in the past. When going in for in person interview they hired me on the spot and had to shadow a person the day of.
they gave me one quick screener phone interview. Later I was interviewed by two managers at the same time in the store. Then I was brought back in to talk to store director.

There was a two part interview process, I ended up doing both the same day. Overall the process was fairly easy and they offered me the job right on the spot.
