Interview
They dont care about their employees. ill never work for them again no matter how desperate i get. i found another job as soon as i could and quit. they have a point system. they are sneaky and will change your schedule just before your shift to make it seem like you are late and then you get a point for it, once you get 12 points you are automatically fired. they try to get you fired in ways that you cant collect unemployment for example, racking up your points. the longer you work there the mroe money you make because you get raises every so often. they try to weed out the employees that have worked their the longest to bring in new employees that start out at minimum wage.
Got a phone calling asking if you would like to work. Basic eligibility questions and asked if I shopped there before in the past. When going in for in person interview they hired me on the spot and had to shadow a person the day of.
they gave me one quick screener phone interview. Later I was interviewed by two managers at the same time in the store. Then I was brought back in to talk to store director.

Interview
There was a two part interview process, I ended up doing both the same day. Overall the process was fairly easy and they offered me the job right on the spot.
