it was a total of 3 interviews, 1st with area team leader, 2nd with a random team lead, and 3rd with Store Director
No Drug test at Meijer Inc. thats probably why they only pay you $7.40/hr regardless of your experience
Wage increases are actually not bad, but goes based on hours worked. You can get up to (3)$0.25 raises the first year alone
Meet with one person and then pick from a list of open jobs. The person that gave the interview did not work there long and was a part time college student.
Not too lengthy. Quick, and to the point. Managers were friendly. Felt very comfortable and excited to start my new job. Made the job sound fun, but manager made sure I knew what to expect. Overall, good interview experience.
Met with the manager we went in the back she mostly asked me about my job experience and if I was still in school it was a pretty easy and quick interview was told if i had the job i would be called back
