Interview Process in Megaputer was very strange process. The company has a very small number of employees, so it is very serious approach to each candidate. Challenges Interview provide interesting and do not necessarily solve the whole thing. Overall, I was left with a positive feeling from the communication process.

Interview
I was interviewing for a position in Moscow at their Russian department in Moscow. Needless to say it was in Russian. The interview started off with few standard questions about my career and current situation. But generally, it was very technical oriented with lots of logic question. We spent about 1.5 hours for the hole interview and I enjoyed it a lot. The interviewer, was very friendly, patient and really passionate.

You have a rigged coin, which have a probability of 0.9 to land on the head, and 0.1 to land on the tail. You want to go to one of the 2 movies of your choice, but you want the coin to decide. How would you use that coin, so that the chance of going to one movie would be 0.5? I.e. how do you use a rigged coin to have an equiprobable outcome?
