Interview over Teams by 2 people for a Clinical Project Manager post within their Scout Clinical arm. One woman never spoke and was late. The other was very friendly and approachable. She was extremely effusive about my 10+ years clinical research experience (only 2-3 years was required), telling me how perfect I was, how she could hire me today and I would be able to do the job fine. It was extremely positive and more like a chat than an interview. I had to wait a week and was very hopeful after her comments about my suitability, only to be told there were other applicants with more experience so they wouldn'tbe progressingmy application!! Their loss!
