First round was okay, interviewer seemed a little unprepared and I thought I wouldn't get offered another interview. Got asked back for two more interviews that were much more put together.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Medpace (Sanford, MI) in Nov 2023
Interview
Had a virtual get to know medpace. Was contacted the next week for an interview. Conducted a teams interview with a CRA manager. Was told the next process in hiring and that I would hear from them on Friday ( last week). Got the dear John letter today but that they will hold onto my resume.
