I applied on New Year's Eve and received an email 1/3 to set-up a virtual interview. I was asked to provide 30 minute intervals in which I was available for the next 2 weeks; the email also advised I would be required to prepare a 5 minute presentation explaining the importance of the CRA position. The next day my interview time was confirmed and I was reminded about the presentation; the Skype interview was scheduled for 1/11. The manager was able to view me but could not hear me so we talked via phone, I could not see her but she could see me. She was very friendly and most of the call involved her telling me about the company and the position. I was only asked 2 situational questions (they are below) aside from reviewing my CV, why I was interested in Medpace, and why I was looking to leave my current position. The presentation HR kept reminding me about was not mentioned by the manager who emailed me. I emailed HR for a follow up on the 29th but did not hear back.

Met with the team, that team’s boss, and that person’s boss in 15-30 minute intervals and ended talking to human resources. overall took about two and a half hours and was pretty straightforward
