I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Medix (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2022
Interview
It was a very long and drawn out process. Several one-on-one interviews and then a 2 to 3 hour zoom meeting where people would join and hop off every 20-ish minutes. I spoke with 7 people during that last interview step and also shadowed a recruiter over Zoom.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Medix (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The interview process started with a phone screening and went well. However, they hiring recruiters that contacted me were not on the same page and provided mixed messaging. After going through multiple screenings and an in person interview, I was ghosted and not informed on an answer.

A long interview process but a lot of detail about the company. It was first a phone interview and then a final virtual interview. It was very extensive and each round took about an hour or so.
Everyone was very nice and asked great questions to have me share my stories, accomplishments and challenges. Got to interact with lots of different people and meet different leaders. There are a few rounds of interviews to go through
