Interview
The most UNPROFESSIONAL staffing agency I have even gone through! If you are working with one recruiter, you are not allowed to working with another. My recruiter was rude towards me when I answered another Medix recruiter's LinkedIn posting about a potential career opportunity. Needless to say after she got mouthy with me about the situation, I made her wish she would not have ever done it. Another thing that really speaks volumes about the type of company Medix is, if you do not land your first gig that they find you, then they basically do not ever contact you back after that because they do not want to waste anymore time on you. Even though they say they will get in touch with you when an opening comes across their desk. Do not waste your time nor hold your breath with this company. It is a complete and utter joke!

Interview
The interview process started with a phone screening and went well. However, they hiring recruiters that contacted me were not on the same page and provided mixed messaging. After going through multiple screenings and an in person interview, I was ghosted and not informed on an answer.

They asked me about my education goals and how they directly aligned with the medical sales recruiter role
A long interview process but a lot of detail about the company. It was first a phone interview and then a final virtual interview. It was very extensive and each round took about an hour or so.
Everyone was very nice and asked great questions to have me share my stories, accomplishments and challenges. Got to interact with lots of different people and meet different leaders. There are a few rounds of interviews to go through
