I thought that the call went very well. Could have stayed on longer. The recruiter told me I would hear back in a week and that they would email me with the next steps, and I never heard anything. I have heard they do that a lot, where they ghost you after interviews. I was really excited, so it sucked.
The first step of the interview process consisted of a thirty minute phone screening with an HR professional. She was friendly and described the job. Be prepared to discuss salary expectations and your interest in the role, company, and industry.
