The 1st initial phone call made is a short interview followed by a zoom interview. The process arranged by the Director of Operations is very well managed and planned. I commend their professional approach and applaud the staff for being very cheerful and happy. The zoom interview was very informative and the modern and corporate mindset provides for a fresh breath of air. Following the zoom interview will be a psychometric test which is computerised and modern. A brief but short encounter with any of the current staffs provide for an impression that everyone is kind, professional and knowledgable.
