      Duty Manager Interview

      Feb 12, 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Edmonton, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Medirest (Edmonton, England)

      Interview

Basic competency questions. Had a stellar interview but the feedback that came back was very unprofessional indeed. They asked me lots of questions to which I gave lots of plausible examples, even mentioned the current corono virus as an example. They fedback stating that despite the fact thgey knew I was well competent, I did not provide enough examples. This was totally false and truth be told I am over qualified for the job that was on offer. My question is, how can an interviewer know how competent you are unless you provide them examples? Not very bright and certainly unprofessional to say the least.

      Question 1

Asked basic scenario competency questions. Nothing taxing.
