I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Medica HealthCare Plans (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2020
Interview
First, I get invited to interview with five different people within three hours. Each interview was scheduled for 30 minutes and a 30-minute break. Going into the interview, I was super excited and was looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the interview process was by far the worst experience of my professional career. Every one of the interviewers was late to my interview. Some were 10 minutes later. They all apologized and gave all sorts of excuses for being late. Naturally, the lateness threw me off. The worst part, they came to the interview unprepared. They were scrambling for questions to ask. I felt rushed and I could tell they didn't take me seriously. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.

Question 1
First, I'm a computer science major, one of the interviewers asked if I was comfortable with technology? I found the question to be odd and weird considering my education and work history in technology.

Interview
Interviewed for position and really felt that it was a match. Was told I would hear back by the following week re:decision. Sent a thank you to interviewers for opportunity. Never heard anything back from them either way. Little disappointed.
