Interview
Phone screening followed by panel setting style interview. Some of the interviews are one on one, others are in a group setting of 2 or 3. Heavy on reference follow up and the HR person was responsive and kind.

Describe the most complex problem you’ve ever had to solve.
Are you the primary PM on the projects you work?
Do you directly troubleshoot the problems that come up on projects you’re managing?
Do you have experience in troubleshooting customer facing problems?
Can you think of a time you were faced with a problem and you were really in over your head? How did you know you were there and how did you resolve it to bring that client back to be satisfied?
How do you feel about your current technical aptitude and the need to learn technical details that may be needed for this role?
Are you open to being sent to a classroom setting to learn any needed technical skills?
What rate are you targeting? What about bonuses?
