Very thorough. Good people. Went through multiple rounds with people at different levels in the company. Final round was with senior VP in Dubai. First two rounds were with different people from the Mumbai office. They start out with an aptitude test.

They set up me with a scenario for a person starting a business and how I would do marketing for that person/business.
It was a Three-Step interview process. 1. Aptitude Test- Basic Quants, Verbal and reading comprehension, and Logical Reasoning. 2. HR Round- Personality test 3. Technical/Final Round- Questions related to the job, and background.
