Medcillary Med Group interview questions

I applied online and heard from a recruiter with 2 days. After a brief phone screen, I was asked to visit the company headquarters in Dallas, TX. I was interviewed by the president and the recruiter I spoke with on the phone. The interview was behavioral, but relaxed. They asked several situational questions and posed leadership situations. They provided a great deal of insight about the company and company culture. After the interview, I received an offer the next day. They know what they are looking for in employees and if you are a good match, the offer is extended quickly.
