Started off great, enjoyed the folks I spoke with - 4 rounds of behavioral interviews. Everything was going to plan and even got emails from the recruiter saying an offer should be on the way after final round. Then got a no offer with zero details or feedback. I had double the amount of years of experience and was willing to take a paycut from my previous employer. Waste of time and clearly shows why employees are not loyal to companies anymore. Final round was with the Founder/CEO (28 years old) and could barely get 10 words out of him. Very awkward conversation and likely a very odd dynamic with many employees older than him and likely too afraid to speak up. At least the vibe I got. Would not recommend.
