HR contacted me, interview 1st round...2nd round technical....offer after 1 week. Process took around 1 month or so but was straight forward. It was a good experience and hassle free.

Question 1
Challenge question was based on analyzing data in an excel spreadsheet
The challenge question was quite tedious and did not seem well thought out, maybe that was the point however.
It was disappointing that they expected me to have excel and did not make the spreadsheets portable to other platforms.

Interview
I interviewed with HR first, very welcoming interview, took about 20 min. I scheduled the next interview right away and on the second interview I, unfortunately, I was very nervous; it was not conversational but more of structured questions. No feedback, a wall. I heard from HR within a day. although i was very excited about the opportunity to work at Medallia, I couldn't have been less enthusiastic about that second interview; i definitely was not the right fit for the Team but I believe is a strong company to be a part of and think they made the right choice.
