Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry to hear about your experience interviewing with us and deeply regret that this oversight in communication occurred. While we strive to have a fast interview process, the number of candidates we interview has multiplied during his period of high growth, and at times this has impacted the length our process for some candidates. That does not explain our lack of a follow-up, however. We have a firm policy in place to connect directly with candidates about their status as soon as we hear back from our interview team, whether we decide to move forward with them or not.
