Hey there, thanks a LOT for taking the time and giving us feedback. This is always an opportunity to review what, how and why we do what we do. Of course I don’t know who you’re so it’s hard to contact you and provide more details but I would like to share with you a couple of things: the reason why we don’t just make decisions based on the experienced mentioned in CVs is because we strongly think there’s much more than that behind a resume. We intentionally choose to explore and know each candidate better. I totally hear you and understand your feeling of “an unnecessary long process” if we knew we were not going to move forward. I’m sorry about that but honestly we probably didn’t know this was going to be the case. There’s no intention of investing candidates' and interviewers' time if that would be the case. I need to recognize that making decisions after spending a total of 5 hours with someone that will or not join the team is not always enough and we decided to learn more about you. Probably after building the complete puzzle we thought we wouldn’t setting you up for success and decided to not move forward.
