I had a great interview with the hiring manager based in the UK and they decided to have a follow-up interview with the US Customer Success Team and this interview went really bad as it was a zoom meeting and none of the attendees (except me) open their cameras, so I was the only one who talking with the camera on (this was very distractive for me as I was only seeing myself on the screen which made me feel like I was interrogated). The interview was scheduled quite late (7:30PM UK time) - naturally I was super tired (maybe it's not an excuse) and the questions they asked made no sense; not work related and they were not approachable at all. Anyway, I did not get an offer but I am kind of happy because I wouldn't want to work with such a team anyway.

Met w recruiter first for a general chat. Second interview a few weeks later, met w VP of PMs and a senior PM. Standard interview questions, really was able to get a feel for company culture and pace.
