Interview
Interview process was a bit odd. Manager talked to me for 10-15 minutes after I waited 20 minutes after my scheduled time to start. Then I was placed with someone currently in the position, for hands on experience. This was fine but maybe isn't the best to only have one person working. There was a few times clients came up to ask for something that I couldn't help them with because the person behind the desk walked away. Also, I experienced the employees talking about the clients numerous times after they had left. I felt this was very unprofessional on many levels, especially in front of someone who was shadowing for a job with this company.

Interview
I had a 30 minute phone screen with someone from corporate, then was moved on to a 45ish minute in-person interview with the practice manager and CSR supervisor. I was offered the job about a week later.

Several interviews with a Facetime / Skype presence after the in-person people. Felt quite cold in approach.
