I had a 30 minute phone screen with someone from corporate, then was moved on to a 45ish minute in-person interview with the practice manager and CSR supervisor. I was offered the job about a week later.

They mainly asked behavioral style questions ("tell me a time when..") and a couple about my previous animal-related jobs.
