Will change the offer terms and signing conditions in the middle of offer proposal. They will never provide offer in writing, will only provide limited information regarding benefits and pressure you to sign the offer in 24 hours abruptly with no prior intimation. No respectable firms will pull this stunt.
They will mostly try to under pay you

Initial phone call with internal recruiter- 45 min reviewing role, my experience and the next steps
Received email from recruiter one week after call to schedule Microsoft Teams interview with VP
of RCM dept
The second interview was scheduled for the following day via Microsoft Teams. Discussed same as initial call and had to answer case study on the spot. VP advised they would be deciding in 1-2 weeks and to reach out if I have questions
