Interview
Very fast and positive, and the CEO was outstanding. Very fast-paced company
A lot of potential for growth if you work hard. People get along very well in a teamwork environment
They move quickly at first, giving the impression of momentum and interest—but then completely ghost you, without so much as a follow-up or closure. It's unprofessional and frankly disappointing. Communication drops off entirely, and you're left in the dark. The CEO, who you'd expect to set the tone, doesn’t engage or give candidates the space to ask even basic questions. It signals a lack of respect for people’s time and effort. I’d strongly suggest steering clear rather than investing energy in a process that doesn’t value transparency or follow-through.

Fast - Just sound smart and they won't even check your references. No one does anything unless you get in trouble or show up late to work. That's all they care about.
