Applied online, recruiter from HR company will contact you if you match the criteria. First interview will come from HR recruiter. If you fit the criteria, you will then be interviewed by two different central managers. Once both managers interview you, they will then decide if you fit within the standard of the position. HR recruiter will then contact you to let you know if you have been selected for an offer or either they went to a different route. Best of luck.

Phone interview day before, next day interview and phone interview. Questions were easy and simple to answer. Everyone seems really nice. Answered any questions i had and was very transparent.

Applied online 2/7/19. Phone screening/Interview 2/11/19. 1rst 1:1 interview 2/15/19. 2nd 1:1 interview 2/18/19. A verbal offer of employment made 2/18/19 w/tentative start date in two weeks.
Be prepared to share various work experiences. Be prepared to describe your work history and any gaps of employment. Do your homework and research the company (i.e. Company mission statement). Express to your interviewer ”I want the job” and how you feel you're qualified for the job. Be able to explain how your personality, skill set and previous work and education have prepared you for a career in Urgent Care. If you don't have previous experience in Urgent Care or Occupational Health be able to explain how you feel your qualified. Lastly, have questions prepared for when your asked: ”Do you have any questions?” My question was ”Do you have any concerns about me or about my qualifications that may prevent you from selecting me for the job?” And it definitely impressed the Regional Director who was conducting my 2nd interview. And please!! Please dress professionally. Blouse, and solid dark pant or knee length skirt. Neat CALM hair and makeup. Minimize jewelry if at all. Piercing of the nose should be removed and if offered the job you will not be allowed to we're it. Long sleeve shirt if you have arm tattoos. And smile!
