MedCare Ambulance interview questions

Unprofessional and inept. Couldn't answer basic questions about the company's work/life balance, benefits, or even how long the company has been in business. Had no idea what marketing routes they've used or what direction they intended to go.

First ambulance company that I ever interviewed for that included a resume, drivers abstract, drug screen, background check and application. All other ambulance companies check your licensure and hire you on the spot. Interviewer was very professional. He was dressed very sharp in his uniform. Talked very positive about the company and had some in depth, skill-based interview questions. HR followed up with a reminder phone call, email with all requirements needed for interview, and then I got a quick turnaround on my offer.
