I applied online. I interviewed at Meals on Wheels America
Interview
Ghosted after three rounds of interview: screen with HR, interview with the HR manager, then a panel interview with three people. If I had continued in the process, there would have been one final in-person interview.
I knew I wouldn't get the position after one of the members of the panel interview was quite rude to me (never had an interviewer roll their eyes and scoff at me while I was responding to a question before) but it did surprise to me to be ghosted without a word after three rounds. There were some other red flags during the process about this role and the organization as a whole so probably for the better, but the overall experience was quite unprofessional.

Question 1
How do you handle competing deadlines and priorities brought to you by multiple departments at once?
I had multiple rounds of interviews, got a job offer, and then got it rescinded. Wasted a lot of time. But people were at least pleasant during interviews. Just wasn’t a fan of how they handled things.
Easy interview process with direct supervisor. They asked standard questions. They asked about my background. The questions gave me a good feel for job. There was plenty of opportunity to expound on subjects of interest. They gave me a tour of workspace.
